Zack Primm – Senior Claims Specialist
As a local, family-owned roofing business, we want you to meet our team of professionals. This week, we’d like to introduce you to Zack Primm, Senior Claims Specialist. Zack is a native of Murfreesboro and graduated from MTSU. After spending the last 10 years working as a claims adjuster for State Farm, Zack joined our great team at Quality Exteriors.
Helping Homeowners
Zack is passionate about helping homeowners and he knows that your home is your biggest investment. As a homeowner, if your home is damaged by hail or storms, you want Zack on your side because he keeps you first and foremost in the entire process. If your home was in the path of a storm but you are unsure if there was any damage, Zack will inspect your roof at no charge, and if there is the damage he will work with your insurance to help determine if a claim is warranted and ensure the best outcome for the homeowner.
Insurance Claims
No one knows how to migrate through a potential insurance claim better than Zack. Having worked as a claims adjuster for a decade, Zack understands how to look out for the homeowner’s best interests while also ensuring that they fully understand the process if they have to file a claim. Zack guides each homeowner through all necessary steps and communicates directly with their insurance adjuster, which allows the homeowner to get on with their life while being confident that their claim is being handled properly.
About Zack Primm
When he is not inspecting roofs or working with homeowners to select their next roof, Zack is an avid outdoorsman and can usually be found on the lake fishing, or on the golf course playing a few rounds with his friends. A former baseball player, Zack enjoys sports with his favorite team being the Atlanta Braves.
