Justin Howell, a 2003 MTSU graduate and active member of the local community, joined his brother Jordan when he launched Quality Exteriors almost 20 years ago.
Partnering with his brother to bring a new level of customer service to residential roofing, Justin and his brother Jordan have achieved great success across Middle Tennessee by treating all their customers in the same manner they would want their own mother to be treated.
In addition to his role as Senior Vice President of QE, Justin also oversees Quality Restoration, the sister company of QE, which focuses on residential and commercial damage caused by water, fire, and storms.
Playing off each other’s strengths is one aspect of what makes the Howell brothers’ company so successful. Their long-standing commitment to customer service excellence is the main driving force of QE’s continued success.
Jordan has two children, Jack and Daisye, and he and his wife Allison live in Murfreesboro where they are active in the local community.
