Project Superintendent
As a QE roofing superintendent, Mikey Holderfield is responsible for managing his assigned crews to ensure that our repair projects move forward in the proper direction safely and profitably. Mikey works to ensure that his crew’s work is done on schedule, within budget, and with the industry standard workmanship expected by Quality Exteriors.
Mikey oversees both commercial and residential repair projects, and says that his favorite aspect of being a project superintendent for QE is that he gets to be outdoors and enjoy a change of scenery every day.
About Mikey Holderfield
Mikey grew up in the small town of Franklin, Illinois, graduating from Franklin Central High School. One summer when Mikey was 8 years old, he met a girl named Leah from Chicago. Leah was spending her summer break visiting family in Franklin. Mikey and Leah became fast friends and he looked forward to her annual summertime visits to his small town. After high school, they kept in touch when Leah moved down south to go to college. A year later, Mikey and Leah realized they were meant to be together and officially became a couple.
After Leah graduated from college, their dream was to move to Nashville. Now engaged, Mikey and Leah will be married in less than three months (as of the date of this post). Just as fate led Mikey and Leah to be together, it was fate that connected Mikey to Quality Exteriors.
After moving to Nashville, the apartment where Mikey and Leah lived burned down. Determined to stay in Nashville after experiencing the tragedy of losing their home to fire, Mikey and Leah found another place to live… and it was at their new home where Mikey met Nico, another QE project superintendent. And as they say, the rest is history.
Fast forward to today, and Mikey has become an integral part of QE’s team of project superintendents. Not only does he do an excellent job in his role, but he always bringing a positive attitude and smile to every situation. We’re glad that Mikey and Leah love Tennessee and have decided after they tie the knot they want to make this area their forever home. All of us at Quality Exteriors look forward to watching Mikey continue to shine as a key member of our QE family.
When he’s not busy overseeing projects for QE, Mikey says that his favorite hobbies include fishing, shooting, and cooking.
