Bookkeeper
Murfreesboro native Susan Pearson is a key member of the Quality Exteriors family. When someone places a phone call to our office or enters QE’s headquarters in Murfreesboro, they are greeted by Susan, our unofficial ‘Director of First Impressions’. Always cheerful and pleasant, Susan welcomes everyone with a smile and ensures they know how much we value their business.
In addition to taking excellent care of customers who contact the office, Susan oversees QE’s bookkeeping and accounting. An integral member of our team for 8 years, Susan knows QE’s operations like the back of her hand, and we rely on her to ensure that the office always runs smoothly.
Susan says that her favorite thing about working for QE is that every single day is different and she enjoys taking on new challenges and opportunities. In addition to her many duties at Quality Exteriors, Susan is also the ‘fan favorite’ of the many cats and dogs that call QE home. When you enter Susan’s office, you’ll likely find a dog cozied up beside her desk and a cat or two sharing her chair or snoozing in the windowsill.
About Susan Pearson
A Middle Tennessee native, Susan grew up on enjoying time on her grandfather’s farm, which was in Murfreesboro where Lowe’s stands today. True to her roots, Susan and her husband chose to raise their son in Murfreesboro, where he was a star baseball player at Siegal High School before spending four years playing Division 1 baseball at Western Kentucky. Now grown, Susan and her husband recently celebrated their son’s marriage.
An avid lover of animals, sports, and the outdoors, in her spare time Susan loves going to the lake with her family, boating, and watching sports. After cheering her son on for many years, Susan says baseball is still her favorite sport, and she most enjoys watching the Red Sox play.
